1. Introduction

Welcome to Kamakhya Dham Puja Seva. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services offered. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Puja Bookings and Services

We provide a platform for devotees to book pujas to be performed at the Kamakhya Temple. We are a facilitator and not the temple authority. All pujas are performed by designated pandits. We strive to ensure all rituals are performed as per tradition, but we are not responsible for any specific outcomes or blessings.

3. Payments and Cancellations

All payments for services must be made in advance through our designated payment gateway. Once a puja is booked and payment is made, it is generally non-refundable. Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the policies of the pandits and the temple.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kamakhya Dham Puja Seva, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
