NO REFUND • NO RETURN is our general policy. Please check all details before paying or placing an order. Physical items are generally not eligible for return, exchange or refund after confirmation or dispatch. Donations, completed services and confirmed puja/service bookings are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
For a damaged/incorrect item, duplicate payment, or service/booking that the Trust cannot provide, contact us with your order/booking reference and supporting details. Cases may be reviewed under applicable law. This policy does not remove any legal right or remedy that cannot be excluded.
